Hi Alan, Met you at a KW meeting a year or 2 ago. You gave the BEST seminar. I am doing a weekly newsletter which directs over a thousand readers to my blog posts. Which of course then gets them to look at property.
Hope to see you again at another KW event. Keep up the good work!!!!

Hi Allen,

Just a note to tell you that I really enjoy reading your blog since you changed the font to something that is easier on the eyes and has more white space than the original choice.

BTW, I frequently find info about what a good listing presentation should contain, but do not come across samples of good buyer presentations. Any idea where I might find one?

Also there seems to be tons of info on dealing with first time buyers, but not much for those of us who are dealing with mature baby/boomers/early retirees from out of town who want to come to the Golf Capital of the World" to spend the rest of their life. Know any source for this niche market?

It's always a beautiful day in Pinehurt (Just call The Carolina Resort here and they will answer that way 365 days of the year!)

Regards,

Allen,

IMHO, this gives a much softer and less "in your face" image by just changing from bold font to regular font. Doesn't make me want to click out.

Thanks for the heads-up on the 206 in Duluth! That's part of my market area in North Atlanta - guess I'll have to look at taking this one again. Whatcha got new in the curriculum since I attended back in the 90s?
