Some Great Real Estate Videos….and It’s So Easy!
The Flip Video digital camera: easy to use, and many, many ways to use the videos.
I mentioned the FlipVideo digital video camera in a recent post. I got the following from Allen F. Hainge CyberStar(tm) Rob Levy of Prudential Northwest Properties, Portland, OR (see Rob’s Web site here)
"The Flip F260W is amazing! For
those of you who missed it…CyberStar(tm) James Nellis recently shot a digital
video of a bank REO for the lender as a very creative way to dazzle
the lender. He then posted the video online and sent the lender the link as
a way to show them the condition of the home. This is thinking out of
the box, and what a wonderful use of video. It is also an idea we have
recently implemented, and I am sure it will do wonders for our REO
business. Thumbs up to James!"

Rob also has a nice home tour he shot with his Flip Video here. I’m not sure what video editing program he uses, but he has some great effects.
BTW: After seeing the Flip Video 260W in person and seeing the quality of videos shot by the CyberStars(tm), I’ve ordered mine today!
