3 Must Read Books for Real Estate Agents…and They’re Not About Real Estate!
These three books can change your business....and your life!
As real estate agents, we face a multitude of choices: to stay in the office or attend a convention; to stay in the office or attend a CRS 2-day course; to go with only what we know or to read books that expand our horizons. I suggest the latter in each case, and here are 3 books I recommend you read:
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (Covey)
This book is a "must read" at least once a year. Stephen Covey shows you how to build a better life…and business.
The World Is Flat (Friedman)
This one really expands your horizons….a facinating study of globablization and the impact of the Internet on the world. Lots of lessons here that the thinking agent can apply to his or her business!
Wikinomics (Tapscott & Williams)
Takes a look at "Web 2," the impact of interactivity on the Web. Lots to say for our business, especially as to how we can create interractive communities on the Web!
I reread each of these three eye-opening books at least once a year…underlining new segments each time. Each helps me with my business…as I’m sure they will help yours!
It’s a great night here in Boise (where I taught a seminar for the Idaho Assn. today)….hope it’s a great night/day wherever you are, too!
