What Percentage of Your Real Estate Business Comes From The Web?
The consumer goes first to the Web for information....you need to analyze & possibly improve your Web effectiveness!
Here are a few comments from my CyberStars(tm) indicating their major sources of business:
"58% of my units closed and 47% of my commission $$ came from the Internet, 17% of units and 23% of commissions came from past clients/sphere of influence, 8% of units and 9% of commissions came from our expired listings campaign, 17% of units and 20% of commissions came from referrals."

26% other.,"
"67% from Past Clients & Sphere of Influence,
23% Internet,
10% Referrals."
As you can see, the Internet plays a significant part in their business success. Sellers and buyers go to the Web to "check out" agents, and a strong Web site certainly brings you business. In addition, a good, consumer-oriented Web site helps cultivate referrals and can be a great source for clients and your Sphere of Influence to retain awareness of your presence.
Don’t forget that blogs, pod casts and videos posted on sites such as YouTube are an increasingly effective way of marketing to today’s conumers!
Finally, please note that "floor duty" did not factor into their income! Get up, get out of the office, and spend time on marketing that works! One hour a day spent planning & improving your business means greater success and much nicer vacations!
