CRS 206: A MUST For Real Estate Agents
The CRS 206 technology course really meets the needs ot the real estate agent who wants to utilize today's technology
I just taught the CRS 206 technology course in Richmond, VA. My co-instructor, Pat Zaby, and I spent 2 days with a wonderful group of agents, covering all aspects of today’s technology: digital photography, print and multimedia presentations, making money with Web sites, blogging, email marketing, utilizing your database and more.
As instructors, we, too, learn from the students. One of my "Why didn’t I think of that?" moments came from attendee Clayton Gits of Keller Williams Realty, Richmond, VA (www.ClaytonGits.com). We were working on signatures, and Clayton showed us his. The "Aha!" came from the fact that he had included the VisualTour.com tour link in his signature. If you use VisualTour.com, you know that they have a unique link logo for your virtual tours. I have always recommended putting your Web site link in your signature, which Clayton does, but he takes it one step further by including the VirtualTour.com link to his visual tour page.
I was struck once again by how valuable the CRS 206 course is for agents
who want to know what technology to use in order to save time, save
money and make more money! It truly is the best course out there if you want to start using today’s technology effectively.
You can learn more about the course and enroll in an upcoming course at http://www.CRS.com. I would love to see you at a future CRS 206 experience!
It’s a great (wet) day here on the lake in Reston…hope it’s a great day wherever you are, too!
