CyberStar(r) Alan Mah uses superb virtual tours to both get and market his listings.

Alan Mah, Park Georgia Realty, Vancouver, Canada, has really studied virtual
tours, i.e. various tour programs, what works, what doesn’t, etc.  As a
result, his presentations are absolutely terrific.  Most importantly, they
bring him a lot of business, in that they get him listings and sell the listings
he gets!

Here is one of Alan’s latest.  His

“ color=#000000 size=3>Got this great listing competing against an agent that
farms the complex.  He told the sellers he had virtual tours.  I told
(and showed!) the sellers that I had something  better, as
the viewers can watch the tour at their own pace, which his tours do not
have.    color=#000000 size=3>I do not have the time, patience and talent like some of my
fellow CyberStars(r) to do staging for them, so I did it the cheap way.  I
got them a staging book by Barb Schwarz and suggested they read the book
and do it themselves.  The results are AMAZING!!!   I will
