Pete Doty's site is a fine example of a money-making site. Here are some tips on how he does it.

it comes to creating a money-making Web site.  My Allen F. Hainge
CyberStars(r), when polled, showed an average yearly income from their Web sites
alone of $115,400.  Yup, that’s $115,400 from their Web sites alone in one
year!

As Pete notes, he does his
own Web site.  Some of my CyberStars(r) do, most don’t, but Pete’s site is
a good example of a home grown site.

NOTE: It’s fine to get ideas from other
agents’ sites.  It is NOT fine to “grab” text, graphics, etc.  I urge
you to study good sites like Pete’s for ideas, but copying text and graphics is
a violation of copyright laws.
