Customer service: it’s the
key to making your future in this business a good one.  If you give above
average customer service, you’ll live off of referrals in the future!  In
other words, the business comes to you instead of your having to go out and find
it.

Here’s an excellent example
of superior customer service, featuring the use of today’s technology to
provide such service.  It is a testimonial letter received by Allen F.

was for sale on our favorite streets and optimizing an open-house visiting

identified that major engineering work was required on the foundation and
retaining walls in the yard. Thanks to Ira¹s skillful negotiations and
experience, we were able to convince the seller to reduce the purchase price by
$180,000 from our initial offer!

was that Ira set up a page on his web-site of our house. style=”mso-spacerun: yes”>  He posted excellent photos he had taken
and a location map so that our family and friends could see our new house and be
