I received several inquiries asking how to join our CyberStar(r) networking family.  You’ll find the requirement spelled out on my CyberStar(r) site, but basically:

• You have good production.  I look for at least 50 transactions a year, but exceptions are made (small market area, new but techno-savy agent, etc.)
  
• You have a good Web site.  It is consumer-oriented, appealing, informative and it makes you money.
  
• You use today’s technology to increase your business.
  
• You are open to sharing, both with your fellow CyberStars(r) and with other real estate agents through contributions to my blog, my newsletter and at my nationwide seminars.

Note that we have an exclusivity policy: if there is already a CyberStar(r) in your area, he/she has the right to that market exclusively if he/she wishes.  Some CyberStars(r) want exclusivity, others allow other members.  It depends on the CyberStar(r).
