Beef up your real estate Web site with content that interests buyers and sellers!

Your real estate Web site should be the cornerstone of your
real estate marketing efforts.  Hopefully you realize that by
now, although 85% of real estate agents still don’t seem to get the
message.  My CyberStars(r) rank it as their nunmber one marketing tool, and
our last poll showed that they average $115,400 in closed gross
commissions from their sites alone.  I have written several articles on
what makes an effective Web site, and here’s a reminder about one such item:
adding items of interest to your site.

During the CRS meetings at the NAR Mid-Year event here in DC this week, I got

communication tools, blogs, tablet pc, Web sites, etc. 

Connie has focused on Web site marketing for years now, and it pays. 
One thing she does, which I recommend to all, is to include “non-real estate”
items of interest to the consumer.  Here are two examples which you might
want to check out:

Again, such features do not have anything to do with real estate per se, but
they do add interest to your site.  Money making sites have such
features…make sure yours does!
