The “60 Minutes” Segment: What It Means To Real Estate Agents

We've seen the "60 Minutes" segment...the question now is how to bring the consumer's perception in line with our realtiy.

I urge all of you will read my blog on ActiveRain regarding the "60 Minute" segment that portrayed the "typical agent" in a less-than-favorable light.  You can find it here.

My main point in the blog is this: perception is reality!  You must, as someone who is not the "typical agent," educate the consumer as to your reality and bring their perception in line with that reality.

I hope you will read it and that you will look over the checklist I have included….and take steps to fill in any holes that would reinforce the consumer’s reality as expressed on "60 Minutes."
